Recommend, with Modifications

Top and dress with centre-front gathers and unusual sleeves.

Yes

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Fashionable top in feminine form, with the front gathered below the V-neckline. Shirt A has long narrow sleeves. Shirt B has slit trumpet sleeves. Shirt C has skimpy short sleeves. Dress D, in the same cut with trumpet sleeves, just covers the knees. I made View A. Here's
