Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Misses' shrugs. View A has outer edges finished with narrow hems. View B has a ribbing band at the outer edges, and ribbing cuffs. View C has a ruffle at the neckline and front edges, and buttons at the bottom corners to create sleeves.
