Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
Pattern Description:
Easy tops - Tops have neckline variations, band collars, with gathered ruffle and soutache loops. A, B: inset waist band. A: gathered barrel sleeves. B: long gathered sleeves with ruffles and purchased trims. C: bias binding at armhole edges.
