Pattern Sizing:
6-24
I cut a size 16 for my hips. I forgot to adjust the waist to close to an 18 and it's a bit snug.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
A-line, slightly flared or flared skirt, above ankle, has waistband and side zipper. Narrow hem. I made View B which is slightly flared.
Pattern Sizing:
8-24. I made size 16.
