Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
The Misses' dresses have a low-cut waist, center back zipper, narrow shoulder straps, bust darts, and the top edge is finished with facing. View A has a V-neckline, and the skirt has three ruffled tiers. The View B skirt has two ruffled tiers.
