Recommend, with Modifications
This is one of those "I have to have it" patterns for me. The pictures of the dress on the envelope suggests a modernized western styled tom boyish number by the always hyperfeminine Anna Sui. A semi patient search on ebay resulted in a well priced example. Some are $$$. It was issued in 2002.

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Anna Sui close-fitting(I would disagree), A-line dress has either shirred front with flower trim or contrast tulle trim. I made B with the contrasting tulle trim.
