Pattern Description: Lined cape. Now out of print.
Pattern Sizing: 8-18.

I made 16 initially but then ended up taking it in a lot (because I wanted it to fit over a coat).

Pattern Sizing:
8 - 18
I made size 12. It's fairly loose fitting (apart from the shoulders) so you don't have to worry about hip/waist measurements.
