Pattern Sizing: Child 2 through Misses 16 (but NO size 6 child!!??)

Pattern Description: Mermaid costume for children, girls, and women. Pattern comes with bodice, tail and purse.
Pattern Sizing: I made three mermaid tails: one view B girls' size 8 and two view A child's size 4.
