From the pattern envelope: Misses' close-fitting pullover dresses in two lengths have slightly dropped waist and flared skirt. View A has full-length sleeves and turtle neck. View B has short sleeves and scoop neckline finished with self-fabric neckband. I made View A. Seams are 1/4".

This is a dropped waist dress for knits. I made the short sleeved version using rayon knit from Fashion Fabrics Club. The pattern calls for a neck finish with self fabric, but I used fold over elastic.
