Pattern Description: Misses fitted blouses have bust and waist darts. View A has collar, full-length sleeves, cuffs with slits at outside edge, and tie closure at waist. View B has ruffle at neckline, three-quarter length sleeves with ruffles at bottom edge, and one button and loop closure at waist.
