Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
If you're busty and thick/short waisted then don't bother with this one. Just don't. You will look like an overstuffed pillow on legs. It ain't good.
Against my own better judgement I cut this out and sewed up the outer fabric just enough to see that lining it or doing any more work was going to be

Update: Clin: There's not MUCH of a sleeve. It's really just a cape shape, as you can see by line drawings. The only thing that's forming a sleeve of sorts is the short little underarm seam (which is way at the bottom, near the hem. You can kind of see here what it looks like after it's sewn.
