IN PROGRESS. I have made this dress before, and after a fair amount of fiddling, it worked beautifully. So I decided to use it again for my wedding dress. Harder this time! This is a cut velvet (or is it burnout velvet?) and I'm unsure of the fabric content as I got it on the sale table at G Street
