Girls' Nightgowns
Sizes: XS (4-5), S (6), M (7-8), L (10), XL (12-14)
| The Girls' Nightgowns are designed for light to medium weight woven and
firm knit fabrics. We suggest cotton, flannelette, broadcloth, batiste,
satin, silk like fabrics.
The Girls' nightgowns have a front and back gathered to yokes and a ruffle
at the bottom edge. View A has a double yoke with a button closure,
and gathered sleeves have gathering at the wrist with elastic. View
B has a single layer yoke, and the neckline, armholes and bottom edge
are finished with lace.

Highly Recommend
** Edited to show second version. This time I sewed the nightgown in a cotton knit. This was easier than the 1st since the fabric was more stable than the ribbed knit. My daughter is 7, but I find that the small (6) still fits her fine. The yoke seems wide to me, so maybe next time I will remov

Easy & Great for Beginners
This pattern includes two variations of a simple nightgown. One is long sleeved and the other is sleeveless. I opted to make the sleeveless version but used the sleeved longer length. I also omitted the bottom ruffle and did a simple hem instead.
