I bought this pattern a year or more ago, seduced by the wonderful version shown in the Vogue Patterns magazine. The reviews which panned its ginormous sleeves put me off. However, this version is sewn in a very thin silk and the volume of the sleeves seems fine.
ETA I added the cuffs.

Highly Recommend
Update: I didn't realize until franticfashion pointed it out that the top of the blouse is cut off in the photo. Here's a picture of the blouse by itself. I'm wearing it open because the one I tried to duplicate was shown open with a top underneath.
