Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Lined knit dress with bubble hem, empire waist and mock wrap bodice. I made View A.
Pattern Sizing: 4-20. I made a size 8 bodice/band and increased to a 10 at the waist. The pattern runs a little big in the top, and I'm an A cup, so I think this was a good adjustment.

Easy & Great for Beginners
I saw a few dresses with drawstring hems featured in the June 2007 issue of Lucky, and I wanted to create a similar look. When I was looking for a candidate pattern for incorporating drawstrings, the elasticized sleeve hems and bubble skirt hem of M5317 were perfect starting points.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Three variations of a knitwear dress with bubble hem, and gathering all over the place. View C, which I chose, has mid-length sleeves.
