Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description:
Princess seamed flared dress with a jacket. I just made up the dress.
Pattern Sizing:
I made a 16 and it was much too big.

Pattern Description:
MISSES'/MISSES' PETITE JACKET, DRESS, AND TIE BELT: Loose -fitting, waist length jacket has neck band and three-quarter length raglan sleeves. B: button loop. Below knee, slightly flared dress has self-tie belt, princess seams, and back zipper closure.
