Easy & Great for Beginners
View B is gathered at waist and has waistband, ties, one pocket with elastic in casing at top edge, and ruffle on outer edge.
* I changed the pattern slightly by cutting (two) of the center apron to double side the apron for more stability and neater appearance.
Sizing is (One size fits all)

I used a tip on gathering which I had posted earlier. For small sections of gathering, the tip is really overkill, but for long expanses, such as in this apron, the tip is a timesaver and an excellent way to gather fabric: Tip on Gathering
