I did view C, a longer, 3 tier, multilayered crinoline.
The garment does look like the picture on the package.
Pattern Sizing:
Large but not plus. Size 18-16

First off, I have to say that the main thing that I learned from using this pattern is that you really don't need a pattern to make a petticoat. Personally, I like a bit of hand holding with my sewing, so for only 99 cents, this pattern was well worth the moral support. However, if you're more adven
