Pattern Description:
Empire waist dress with lapel. Sleeveless or cuffed short sleeve with slits. Topstitching on collar and front darts.
Pattern Sizing:
Sizes 6 – 12 included. I started with size 6 at the neck and graded out at waist and hips as needed.

Pattern Description: Empire waist dress has lapel. A: sleeveless. B: Cuffed short sleeve with slits. I made view B. This pattern is OOP, but still available on the Vogue website.
Pattern Sizing: Available in sizes 6 through 20. I cut a 16 from the waist up and an 18 from the waist down.
