Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: I picked View C -- a bubble hemmed dress with a ribbon around the waist.
Pattern Sizing:Large -- size 18 months.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Sort of, I liked mine better since I used a silk with less body.

Pattern Sizing: XXS (Newborn) to L (19 mos.). I made the dress View C in Medium.

Pattern Description: Babies Dress, Jumper, Top, Pantaloons and Bolero
Pattern Sizing: 1 - 18 months I made the 12-18 months for use this coming summer, it is hemmed but probably will need to be taken up depending on how mom wants it.
