6-12 - I started with a size 8, and basted to fit.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Not so much.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Cute wrap shirt and a sweet little design.
I made this in a beautiful quilting fabric which I hadn't planned on getting but couldn't resist purchasing. Close-up of the fabric
The pattern only called for lining the front panels, but I fully lined it because the fabric was light enough I was afraid

Pattern Description: Close-fitting top has princess seams, neckline variations, with or without cap sleeves. A, B: wrapped tops with tie ends. E: lower ruffle. Hems are narrow hemmed. I made view A
