Recommend, with Modifications
I eventually made a 16, graded out to an 18 at the hips.
The Good:
The fabric is pure awesome - purple, black and white cotton yarn dye that was $2.50 a meter from Marrickville. Its light and airy, but not too transparent.

Pattern Description:
Pretty shirts with gathering under bust, pannelled lower bodice and button down front. There are 3 different sleeve and 3 different collar variations that are able to be mix and matched. I made view A with a tie collar and butterfly sleeves.
