Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
Pattern Description: Misses Blouse & Skirt; Semi fitted blouse has princess seams, pockets, back peplum and long sleeve with cuff. Flared bias pull-on skirt, lower calf and elastic waistband.

This is garment number one down in the WARDROBE contest! YAY!
Actually, I needed it for a special event and so made it first, which was not my original plan.

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Peplum blouse and bias elastic-waist skirt. I made the skirt. The bias skirt is the same one as the discontinued Today's Fit, Vogue 7471.
Pattern Sizing: Today's Fit A-J. I made a size E.
