Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Sizing: I used a combination of sizes 10 and 12.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? No.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Misses' Costume dress, vest, and cape. I used the vest as the basis for my Punk Little Red Riding Hood corset top.
Pattern Sizing: 14-20. I made 14 with 1/2" SA as an alteration for better size.
