Misses blouse has princess seams, dropped shoulder, and puffy sleeve with choice of finishes.
Pattern Sizing:
6-20. I cut a 6 at the top and transitioned to a 10 at the hip.

Fabric: Kona Cotton
Sizing changes that I made:
-I cut a size 10 until 1 inch above the waist and then tapered out to a 12 to the hip.
