Vogue Patterns 8434 MISSES' TOP, TUNIC, SKIRT AND PANTS
Top A, tunic B have wrapped front, front pleats forming drape, front darts, princess seams, ties and sleeve variations. B: wide sleeves with shaped hem, length is 3" above mid-knee. Skirt C is bias, A-line with side zipper and waistline facing, length is mid-calf. Pants D have front and back darts, back zipper and waistline facing.

It's a long tunic, shorter tunic (the one I made) skirt, and pants.
Pattern Sizing:
Sizes 8 - 24... I made a 24, but think I might should have made a 22.
