Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Loose-fitting or semi-fitted halter tops has elastic back and neck ties. A: lower band with tie ends and decorative beads. A, B, C, D: ribbon neck ties. B: elastic at lower waist and ribbon bow tie in front. C, D: flounce. E: purchased ring and self neck tie.
