Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Over-blouse has pleats under the bust and below the elbows that add striking charm. Also has a belt with sport-style metal eyelets and buckle.

Highly Recommend
Sooooo.... this is the Anne Fontaine jacket from October BWOF.
It's an empirewaist jacket and 3/4 sleeves, both with pleated peplums.
Huge neckline which is practically a trademark to BWOF.

Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description: jacket/blouse with snap front closure, pleated cuffs and pleated peplum and attached belt.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? pretty much
