Pattern Description: This pattern is by Creative Keepsakes for Simplicty. It consists of a darling blouse, jumpers with side bows and appliques, and a cute little purse. I am reviewing just the blouse.
Pattern Sizing:I used Size A which took me from a 1/2 to a size 4. I did size 3.
