Easy & Great for Beginners
I have had this pattern for about a year or so...it is currently out of print according to the Vogue site.
This is a great pattern with a few options.

Great Wardrobe Builder
Pattern Description: These are bootleg pants, appropriate for work. They emulate the style of many trendy RTW pants.
They are lower rise (but not really low!), are slightly fitted through the hip and thigh, and are gently flared at the hem.
