Pattern Description:
Petite dress has V neckline, slightly tulip-shaped skirt with front pleats, and drape overlay.
Pattern Sizing:
17-21. I traced out my usual sizes, 17(=34) at the shoulder and bust, transitioning to a 19(=38) at the hip, though I ended up taking it in substantially at the hip.

Burda description: Slim-fit, knee-nipping,cleaverly draped! It enhances female curves without being confining, and the bodice is extravagantly draped.
Pattern Sizing:
This was a petite pattern. I used size 19 and converted it to a size 38. I used
this site as a guide.
