Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: This is an out-of-print vintage dress or top, and t-shirt pattern from McCall's from 1977. The unlined dress and blouse have an enormous ruffled sleeve, a neckline with casing and drawstring, gathers at the waist, a back zipper, and unattached tie belt.

Pattern Description: Pullover dess C has twisted front detail, V-neckline front, A-line shape. Dress C is mid-calf length - I did mine as full length.

From pattern envelope: Dress or top has back zipper, drawstring in upper front casing, tie belt, ruffles and optional lace edging; B has patch pockets. T-shirt has neckband, sleevebands and sleeve embroidery.
