Something strange happened to this review which started out as a WIP and became a finished review without my meaning it to.
So, here is the review proper.

I've had my eye on this pattern for a while, as I think it has some beautiful details. I love the flounces, the lace trimming and the sleeve ties. Easy & Great for Beginners
