Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Misses' blouse has pleat sleeves with extravagant sleeve cap, V neck, center front buttons, and shaping with darts.
Pattern Sizing:
36-44. I sized down to a 34 at the top, transitioning to a 38 at the hip.
Fabric Used:
