Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Misses' jackets have round neckline, double yoke, and front and back gathered to yoke.
View A has three quarter length sleeves and two button front closure.
View B is cropped, has a deeper neckline, elbow length sleeves and three button front closure.

This pattern is for misses' jackets with round necklines, doubled yokes and fronts and backs gathered to the yokes. View A has longer sleeves and a two button front closure. View B is cropped and has a deeper neckline with elbow length sleeves and a three button front closure. I made View A.

Easy & Great for Beginners
This week's gorgeous spring weather inspired me to get started on clothes for warm weather. I love jackets, even in hot weather, but it is hard to find one I like that isn't lined but still has some style. This one fit the bill.

Highly Recommend
9/27/08 Edit: I just made this jacket again in a plum/black/brown suiting. I used the same fabric when I made this skirt. This version is not as flattering as the last one. I'll wear but it looks better in real like than it does in the photos. I lined this one so it would slide over clothes better.
