Burda 7769 Misses Waistcoat/vest
Form-fitting vests with tucks and panel seams to flatter the figure - true evergreens. Nowadays they are worn with nothing underneath. But they also look great with shirts and blouses.

Highly Recommend
This unlined, fitted vest is made from 100% linen. The pattern is designed with a notched shawl collar which I chose to ignore in favor of keeping the smooth line of the shawl collar. I top-stitched nearly all seams, front darts, and edges using two threads (as if using one) (Metrosene) and a long

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
This pattern is titled "vest", but model on envelope is wearing it as a top, as will I.
Pattern Sizing:
12--32. I made a 12 since I'd had good luck with a similar Burda, but this one is actually more fitted. Maybe I would have been better off going up a size
