Top of dress on mannequin
Pattern Description: Raglan sleeved dress has drawstring casing at neck, inseam pockets, elastic casing at sleeves, waist and hips with contrast hemband. Bias, pullover slip has darts, bound neck and underarm binding extending to shoulder straps.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Essentially a variation on the peasant dress, with a contrast band at the hem, gathered with three bands of elastic at the waist, drawstring tie at the neck, and elastic at sleeve openings. Pattern includes a simple bias slip.

I couldn't rate this pattern because none of criteria speaks how I felt. If I must, I would probably say " Not difficult but a bit tedious, and a nice addition to wardrobe in the end"
