Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Long, puffy "Leg of mutton" sleeves on a turtleneck top with front gathered inset.
Pattern Sizing: The pattern comes only in size 36 but there is a tutorial to draft it from your own sloper. I made the 36 and found it to be smaller than a 36 in BWOF.
