Pattern Description:
Scoop neck tunic with neckline pintucks and 3/4 sleeves. here is a closeup of pintucks
The neckline is a little wider than the scoop neck tees from the 2/2006 issue.
The pattern pieces are the same as for the retro-print top front and back (except the sleeves).
