Would NOT Recommend
Pattern Description: Wrapped blouse with wide attached collar, pleated right front (where tie is attached), pointed right hemline, and tie cuffs. The left tie-end is inserted into the left vertical dart. Appears to be semi-fitted but I found it to not have nearly as much shaping as the drawing sho
