Pattern Description: From the magazine: The cut of this skirt is rather unspectacular, but the shiny sportswear-satin and sequined net fabric ensure the wow-effect. There's no waistband, so the belt sections are caught into the side seams.

Pattern Sizing:
38-46. I started with a 40 at the waist and 42 at the hips.
