Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Baby and Toddler swimsuits. View A has three ruffles on back and narrow straps that cross. Outside edges and straps are finished with elastic. View B has racing back and short legs with crotch inset. Neckline and armholes are finished with elastic.
