Pattern Description:
Close-fitting blouse has front band, collar band with or without collar, sleeve and cuff variations and shaped hem; blouse D has a tie.
Pattern Sizing:
8-22. I made a 14 according to the finished garment measurements, and it's right on the money. I take a Med. in RTW.

Most part, Yes. There are "Pro tips" on the instruction which you can choose. I followed pro tips on collar.

Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description:
A close fitted blouse with or without collar and with sleeve and cuff variations. I also wish there was a step between "great wardrobe builder" and "mediocre pattern" because I wouldn't exactly recommend having a wardrobe made out of this simple...simple pattern, but I mean it
