Pattern Sizing: 34-42 - I cut a 36 and had to grade down to 34 at waist.

Pattern Description: A few clever tricks for attractive effects: two large and two small folds give this tulip skirt an interesting look! Add a shaped, short-sleeved jacket and a saucy hat for an outfit with Forties Flair.
Pattern Sizing: 34-42. I cut a 38 and enlarged it to a 40 at the waist.
