For this contest I decided to make a "wear to work" mini wardrobe. My key item is a cardigan I purchased from The Limited a while back. The pieces I made are as follows:

Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers This my plan for the wardrobe 2011 contest.. I started with an embroidered rtw t-shirt. First I made the girls skirt from Burda magazine 5/2010 out of a light blue handkerchief linen.
My second piece is the yellow blouse made from "Jeffery" from Childrens Corner. The fabric is a cotton lawn.

I like to think of this as my "filling in the gaps" wardrobe. All the pieces can go with each other, and it helped fill in some important gaps in my wardrobe, namely my lack of a jacket that isn't brown, a black pair of pants, and my top selection was in desperate need of more color!
