Recommend, with Modifications
I only used the top section from Burda World of Fashion - November 2007 112. I omitted the sleeves too... then i used a basic A line skirt (New Look 6845 OOP) for the skirt section.

Pattern Description: Dress with wrap bodice, wide waistband, and wide box pleats. Cap sleeves, back zipper
Pattern Sizing: Burda sizes 84-108. Sounds huge, right? These are Burda's tall sizes. I used a 92, which corresponds to a 46 in their regular sizing.
