Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
Pattern Description:
Closely fitted, full length halter dress with ruched upper bodice, quilted midriff, and 2-tier gathered skirt that drapes around the hip. The bodice is lined. Features a decollete neckline which plunges at the bust line.
