Recommend, with Modifications
As promised this is a dress version. I uses rayon lycra from Emma's One Stock. I added 11in to the skirt length while keeping the bottom hem width of the skirt piece on the pattern. I really do love this dress. There are more pictures and some pictures of the process on my blog.
