Recommend, with Modifications
This skirt is super easy to sew or serge as there is only one pattern piece. You use your measurements to determine how many of the pieces you would use to fit around you. You need to use fabrics that have a real flow to them. Thinner fabrics work best. Any body or stiffnesss in the fabric caus
