Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Sizing: I cut a size 20 and altered the waist, hips, pockets and crotch.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, for the most part. I added back pockets to mine.

Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description:
Shorts & pants in two lengths: Straight-legged, slightly below waist shorts or pants have fly front zipper closure, side front pockets, carriers and inside tabs for rolled cuffs.
Pattern Sizing:
12-14-16-18-20. I made a size 14 based on my hip size (38").
